• Work closely with different business units to understand their business goals and translate
unstructured business questions into quantitative problems.<\/span>

• Analyze user behavioral data to identify patterns, uncover opportunities, facilitate the
formulation of business plans, and to improve conversion and reduce churn.<\/span>

• Apply analytical methods and algorithms to prototype, build, and deploy data products that generate business insights and improve operational efficiency.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
• Degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or any
related analytical field.<\/span>
<\/li>
• At least 5 years' of work experience in analytics and implementing ML/statistical models. <\/span>
<\/li>
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R or other statistical programming languages.
• Solid with data exploration and data visualization tools like Tableau. <\/span>
<\/li>
• Strong knowledge of statistics concepts (e.g. hypothesis testing, regression analysis).<\/span>
<\/li>
• Understanding of A/B test design and implementation.<\/span>
<\/li>
• Ability to think strategically, analyze and interpret market and consumer information. <\/span>
<\/li>
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences alike. Proficiency in spoken and written English. <\/span>
